December 1, 2014: Beginning of the quantitative competition for Track 1 and for Track 2, release of development and validation data.
January 5, 2015: Beginning of the registration procedure at Codalab. All groups must register before March 1st to participate on the final evaluation stage. Once registered, the teams will receive a username/password to access the final evaluation data and validation labels.
January 15, 2015: Release of the encrypted final evaluation data and validation labels. Participants can start training their methods with the whole data set.
January 23, 2015: Beginning of the quantitative competition for Track 3, release of development and validation data.
March 1, 2015: Deadline for group registration.
March 12, 2015: Release of the decryption key for the final evaluation data for all the tracks. Participants can start predicting the results on the final evaluation labels.
March 20, 2015: End of the quantitative competition. Deadline for submitting the predictions over the final evaluation data. Deadline for code submission. Code can be re-submitted only if small changes have been performed (no major changes). The organizers start the code verification by running it on the final evaluation data.
March 25, 2015: Deadline for submitting the fact sheets. The fact sheets can be already downloaded for Track 1, for Track 2, and for Track 3
March 28, 2015: Release of the verification results to the participants for review. Top ranked participants are invited to follow the workshop submission guide for inclusion at workshop proceedings.
April 6, 2015: Workshop paper submission deadline (via the CMT LAP2015 workshop submission site).
April 19, 2015: Notification of workshop paper acceptance.
June 12, 2015: workshop and awards session.
